So I left Phuket for the islands Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. This hostel was a lot more ghetto, but the company was better. I met a few Irish friends that have proved there are still a few cool backpackers in Thailand!
| This hostel turned off the A/C between 10am and 5pm. Understandable, but there was no escape from the insane heat. |

| First cheapo Thailand purchase |
| Cool pier in the middle of Fisherman's Village |
| Breakfast and a view |
I found the coolest elephant garden! The pictures will explain it.
| I don't know if I heart Samui, but it was a nice place to wander aimlessly through. |
| Red curry |
| Super sweaty bottle (hate humidity) and couple breaking up in the background. I believe I heard the girl say "well I haven't been on the pill for a while now." Eek. |

Left Koh Samui for Koh Phangan! This island is known for the crazy full moon parties. I may or may not have timed my trip so I arrived 2 days after the full moon party. This meant the town was less busy, less expensive, and more clean.
I also treated myself to a bungalow with a pool because YOLO!
| View from my bungalow, a monkey hung out on my porch the first morning. Didn't get a pic so just imagine him sitting on the porch light. |
| Free brekkie was included |
| Sign language subtitles?! So spectacularly cool! |
| I'm gonna guess they don't have slurpees |
| Massaman curry |

All I wanted from this part of the vacay was a good beach. I finally found one in Haad Rin! Part of the water was fenced off so visitors could swim without getting stung by poisonous jellyfish. I admit I got a couple tiny stings, but nothing too bad.

| View from the pool! |

Laundry day! They do all your laundry for you in Thailand. Kinda weird to see someone has folded each pair of underwear but it all smells super good so that's a plus.
| We found ourselves a drinking buddy! |
