My last days in Rotorua were truly great! Hopped in the car with some of my Crash Palace friends and went to the hot river... it's a hot river. It's so bizarre to swim around in a creek that you would expect to be cold but feels like a hot tub! And luckily it didn't smell like sulphur :)

Last night in Rotorua was spent with the always amazing Crash Palace crew! Can't say enough wonderful things about them! They gave me the best send off ever (vlog to come). I can't express how much I appreciated the night out and then waiting for my bus with 15 friends waiting with me. The bus was 40 minutes late and they stayed the entire time and waved at me as we drove away. I now know I have real true friends from all over the world! Thank you Crash Palace <3
We finally made it to Hobbiton! The Shire is located in the middle of North Island. There are 44 hobbit holes and every single one is decorated with special details that make the place truly amazing. It used to be a sheep farm until Peter Jackson found it. The Shire is the most well known set but there are lots of different spots all over the country. We already rafted past Gollum's cave and we plan to hike up Mt.Doom later in the trip.
