I had the day off from the prison so I "hired" a bike for the day. I cycled from Napier to Haumoana. It had been a long time since I was on a bike... like a decade. So this was an interesting adventure. Sitting on a bike seat was not comfortable (Mom and Dad why do you guys do this for fun again?) I listened to an audiobook and explored for a good 6 hours. Surprise, surprise, the views were AMAZING!
